Leadership Development, Mentoring & Coaching

We work with the Leading Well collective of professional executive coaches.

 

Leading Well coaches are, in the main, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Practitioner or Senior Practitioner level.

 

We specialise in leadership development at four levels:

 

1) Leading one’s self

2) Leading others

3) Collective leadership 

4) Systemic leadership

 

We therefore offer coaching at an individual level and at team level and run a series of courses including Constructive Conversations and Strategic Thinking.

 

We are also all accredited in the use of The Leadership Circle (TLC) 360 assessment tool.
